CLEVELAND MOVES

We're excited to launch Cleveland Moves – our five year transportation plan!

We’re working to make it safer, more convenient, and more comfortable to get around Cleveland – and the next step is creating a plan to execute.

Where do you already walk, roll, or ride a bike? Where are there barriers that make it difficult or uncomfortable to get around in your neighborhood? What would make riding transit easier for you?

This summer, we’ll be in the community listening to your experiences. We will share recommendations in the fall, and finalize our new plan in early 2025.

We need your help to get this right. You can subscribe to our email list, attend events, and add to our online map.

Interactive Map

We created an interactive map where you can share walking, biking, and rolling routes. You can also highlight important destinations and barriers that make your trips more difficult.

Have you contributed to planning processes in recent years? We have your input! We’ll also reference feedback received through other processes, including:

  • Cleveland’s neighborhood traffic calming page

  • NOACA ACTIVATE

  • Ohio City Mobility Study

Project Outcomes

Cleveland Moves - Cleveland’s 5-year transportation plan - will:

  1. Recommend a connected bike network that complements our transit network for 3-year implementation

  2. Identify priority investments to make walking, rolling, and riding bikes safer and more comfortable for everyone

  3. Create program and policy recommendations related to walking, rolling, and riding bikes

  4. Develop the look and feel of the Midway Bikeway Network

  5. Integrate ongoing projects and new recommendations into a 5-year prioritization and implementation plan
